- We ship merchandise to locations within the United States and most international locations which USPS can reach. No matter how many items you purchase per transaction, we only charge $30 per order for shipping.
Our aim is to deliver all orders within 7 working days of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, for example ordered goods is out of stock, we would email you to advise you of the likely delay.
All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by Customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. All Parcels will be held for picking up if it not be signed for or delivered.

If you want to return your items, please notify us by email firstly stating the reason and the order number for the return within 10 days of receipt. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items MUST be sent back complete with the original jewelry package. All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation or Royal Mail signed for service. Tiffanyonsale.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit. The refund will be reimbursed to your credit card account within 10 days after receiving the returns. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.
In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 10 days of you receiving them complete with jewelry packaging. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with your order number and details (a picture) of the fault you wish to return. In the case of faulty goods returned within 10 days, we will refund the postage costs upon request.
For Exchanges:
Exchanges are only allowed for the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt or the items do not fit. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges caused by the whole exchange process. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement, please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
